Privates

Private lessons give you a more individualized workout based on your specific needs. We encourage new clients to start with a handful of privates to acquaint themselves with the equipment and the Pilates approach. If you have a specific injury, privates may be required depending on the severity of the condition.

Privates vary between $90-$125 depending on instructor. Contact us for more information.

Duets and Trios

These options are great for friends or family members who want the customization of a private lesson in a small group setting. You will get more individual attention to address your specific needs at a time that is convenient for your schedule. Come with a partner or we can try to match you with someone in the studio.

Types of Classes We Offer

Reformer

Often considered the premier Pilates equipment, the Reformer utilizes varying spring tensions to strengthen, align, and stretch the entire body. The reformer can be used as supportive and therapeutic for beginners or students with injuries. Experienced students will find the Reformer challenges them in all positions and is a great way to explore all movement patterns.

Equipment

Students will rotate among the reformer, tower and chair each week.

Tower

The Tower combines springs with the mat to promote length, flexibility, and fluid movement patterns.

Equipment Circuit

Different pieces of equipment are used within each class. Open to all levels!

Chair

This compact piece of equipment challenges your strength, balance, and endurance for an invigorating and challenging workout!

Mat

In mat classes, students learn a series of exercises designed to strengthen the core while learning precise movement patterns. Guided by breath and flow, mat classes work to defy gravity and will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
