Policies

Registration Policy: 

Because we provide a small-class setting, reservations are required in advance for all classes and appointments in order to ensure space is available. Online sign-up is available directly on our website or you can contact us to sign-up and request appointments. Please note that all purchases expire 6 months from the purchase date. Please note that we do not accept drop-ins for classes without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

24-hour cancellation is required for all classes, appointments, and workshops. Failure to provide 24-hour cancellation will result in full charge for session or class. Our cancellation policy also applies to any vouchers, coupons and/or gift certificates.

Inclement Weather Policy:

Information on closures or delays will be posted on our website, Facebook, and Twitter pages; as well as recorded on the studio voicemail. Our staff will make every effort to contact clients in the event the studio is closed due to weather. Please note we DO NOT follow Loudoun County Public Schools or Government closures and regular cancellation policy will apply if the studio is open.

Payment and Class Protocol:

Payment is required in advance for each class or session. All sessions are 50-55 mins in length. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. All credit card transactions will have an additional 3.9% processing fee. A $30 fee will be assessed for each returned check. All purchases expire 6 months from the purchase date and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be given. Out of respect and safety, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to group class will not be permitted to join the class.
