Community Workshops

Loudoun Pilates regularly offers in-depth workshops open to all members of the community.

We believe in collaborating with other health professionals to help our clients build a well-rounded and informed approach to health and wellness. In addition to offering Pilates-based workshops, our workshops will offer an opportunity for attendees to learn more about various wellness topics, all designed to promote and encourage a healthier, happier lifestyle.

PILATES FOR THE TRIATHLETE: RUNNERS, CYCLISTS & SWIMMERS

Saturday, September 23rd at 2pm-3:30pm

Join us for this special 90-minute workshop and see how Pilates can enhance your running, cycling and/or swimming.  We will discuss some issues/injuries commonly faced by athletes and explore how Pilates can address these challenges.  The workshop will include a presentation about basic anatomy and a 60-minute mat class followed by a discussion Q&A with studio owner Amy Hershey, senior instructor Val Armistead and special guest Erin Mozingo of Structural Elements Orthopedic Wellness Center
